MISTHAVEN

Misthaven is the largest city in Alara, and lies on the southern edge of the main continent. It is home to several million people, primarily nymphs and other fae races.

SHORT STORY

It was bitterly cold and dry. Wisps of snow swirled around the deep drifts that accumulated at the treeline. Selene, covered in heavy furs, struggled against the wind as she trudged through the snow. Her energy was waning, but fear kept her moving. Misthaven wasn't far off, but neither was the creature that followed.

Selene wagered a glance behind her; a sudden dread washed over her. On the far off slope a black form moved quickly, no doubt following her trail through the snow. #microfic
